Boosting round-the-clock productivity, Harrop expands its lights-out machining capability once more.
Harrop have expanded their Mazak Multi Pallet Pool (MPP) from the standard 6 pallet stocker to 18 pallets for increased lights-out production capacity.
Harrop’s MPP was the very first in Australia, and combined with a Mazak Variaxis i-700 helped them achieve up to and over 600 machining hours per month in a very short time after their system was commissioned. That is an average of at least 20 machining hours per day, achieved during the strict COVID-19 lockdowns in Victoria at that time.
