The Mazak Integrex i-450H is a next generation, high performance multi-tasking machine designed for DONE-IN-ONE production of complex, mid-to-large parts.
It combines 5-axis milling, turning, and features the MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC for advanced, automated precision.
Designed from the ground up for fully optimised machining and easy automation integration, the Mazak Integrex i-450H brings together the latest advancements in manufacturing to help manufacturers achieve multi-tasking excellence.
The spindle is available in standard, high-power and high-speed versions, as well as speeds that range from 12,000 to 20,000 rpm. The spindles maintain their full torque ratings throughout the entire range of spindle speeds.
The metal enclosure has been designed with a flat front that simplifies maintenance and improves access for peripheral equipment such as bar feeders, articulating robots or gantry loaders.
The tool magazine has been positioned at the rear reducing the overall footprint of the machine. Large-capacity tool magazines and an automatic chuck jaw changer may be added to support automatic operation over extended periods of time.
