The Mazak Integrex j-200 fills HOERBIGER Australia’s demand for a robust, multi-tasking machine that is inexpensive, easy to operate, able to quickly produce high value-added components, and deliver on a wide variety of production requirements.
The Mazak Integrex j-200 is a compact machine designed for large workpieces featuring a 500 mm maximum machining diameter and a 500 mm maximum machining length. Additionally, a large machining area is provided thanks to long strokes: a 450 mm X axis, 200 mm Y-axis, 550 mm Z-axis, 220° B-axis indexing range, and a 360° C-axis.
The orthogonal Y-axis machine construction allows face milling, end milling, and drilling to be performed in the large machining area without C-axis indexing thanks to the long 200 mm Y-axis stroke.
