This new machine installation is their second Mazak in the last month!
With Digga manufacturing around 85% of all components in-house working with over 300 tonnes of steel each month, the compact Mazak Integrex i-200S is a high productivity addition to their Mazak fleet as it provides maximum versatility, high precision and throughput for medium to large complex parts.
The Mazak Integrex i-200S combines the capabilities of a high-powered turning center and full-function machining center to produce parts in single setups.
Featuring a second turning spindle (S) for DONE IN ONE machining, this machine configuration eliminates multiple setups, fixtures, tools, handling and non-cut time, resulting in dramatic lead-time reductions and improvements in part accuracy.
