The partnership between Harrop, John Hart and Mazak is over 30 years strong, and currently Harrop Engineering boasts more than 20 Mazak machines ranging from simple 2 axis machines to complex multi-axis multi-tasking units.

The team at Harrop are continually striving to improve their manufacturing processes, and are very proud of their latest acquisition of a Mazak Intgerex J-200S from John Hart. This multi-tasking, twin spindle, turning and milling machine features “Done in One” technology.

“Done in One” incorporates all machining processes – from raw material input through to finish machining in just one machine. It provides the ability to reduce production lead time, improve machining accuracy, reduction in floor space, lower operating expenses, minimum operator inputs and improvement in the work environment.

Importantly, the Mazak Intgerex j-200S provides Harrop the flexibility and agility they need to manufacture a diverse range of products efficiently and on time.

Harrop Engineering made the following video as a testimonial to their reliance on the partnership with John Hart and Mazak for advanced manufacturing technologies that extend their manufacturing capabilities and support their business growth.
