In celebration of the FIFA World Cup 2026, Mazak Europe have recreated a World Cup replica machined from solid material on a Mazak Integrex i-350H ST.
This complex part was machined in a single operation using 84,605 lines of G-code, showcasing the true power of Mazak multi-tasking technology.
The Mazak Integrex i-350H ST is an advanced, heavy-duty multi-tasking machine that combines full 5-axis milling and turning into a single setup. The "ST" designation indicates it is equipped with both a Second Spindle and a Lower Turret to enable simultaneous balance cutting and continuous "done-in-one" processing.
By performing all operations in one chucking, this machine eliminates the need for multiple machines and part transfers, significantly boosting accuracy and reducing fixturing costs.
