The Mazak Variaxis i-700 is ideal for handling complex geometries, such as those found in the aerospace industry, due to its tilting rotary table and high-rigidity construction.
The machine is exceptionally accurate and fast. The high-rigidity table features roller gear cams to eliminate backlash.
The Mazak Variaxis i-700 is designed for easy access, including a wide Y-axis stroke that allows tool changes without returning the tilting table to zero. A gantry construction for X and Y axes is used to maintain rigidity and precision. The machine boasts a maximum workpiece size of 850 mm x 500 mm.
