The Mazak Integrex i-250 NEO – all processes integrated into one machine.
The Mazak Integrex i-250 NEO multi-tasking machine integrates high-performance turning, milling, grinding and measurement into one single machine, to achieve many efficiencies such as a reduction in production lead time and cost savings, while ensuring maximum productivity and accuracy.
The machine is equipped with a 5000 rpm 22 kW (30 HP) [40% ED] high-accuracy built-in motor turning spindle – and a 12000 rpm 24 kW (32 HP) [40% ED] milling spindle. The machine can also be specified with an optional 20000 rpm 24 kW (32 HP) [40% ED] milling spindle.
The Mazak Integrex i-250 NEO features a front tool magazine for optimal tool set-up, with a capacity for 36 tools (72 tools optional) up to 400 mm in length, Φ90 mm diameter and 12 kg wieght.
The machine boasts a maximum machining diameter of Φ670 mm and a maximum machining length of 1011 mm (1000U) and 1519 mm (1500U) width.
Equipped with a MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC for unsurpassed productivity through even faster and higher precision control while elevating production with AI and digital twin technology and advanced automation capabilities.
Mazak’s Ai Thermal Shield technology is incorporated into the Integrex i-250 NEO to automatically adjust for temperature and spindle speed fluctuations, ensuring that the machine remains stable and delivers consistent machining accuracy, even during extended production runs.
The machine supports a wide range of automation solutions, including overhead gantry loaders, unloaders, and bar feed systems. Mazak also offers optional retrofittable automatic front doors and robot interfaces, enabling straightforward integration with floor-mounted robotic systems.
