Mazak's QTE-100MY SG turning center delivers multi-tasking with speed and reliability
The Mazak QTE-100MY SG includes Y-axis milling capability, enabling simultaneous milling and turning operations for more complex machining in a single setup.
Mazak is offering high-speed and high-precision turning in a space-saving design with the QTE-100MY SG, a turning center with a 6" chuck that processes parts up to Φ340 mm in diameter and 554 mm length.
Versatile and reliable, the Mazak QTE-100MY SG has a built-in motor spindle designed to provide high torque even in the low-speed range for higher cutting capacity.
The machine is equipped with a 12 position drum turret that minimizes interference along with a high-rigidity bolt-on system.
Featuring the Mazak MAZATROL SmoothEz CNC control, the Mazak QTE-100MY SG offers both EIA/ISO G-Code and conversational programming, giving manufacturers infinite part production possibilities.

Mazak drives results with innovation at DISCOVER 2025
More than 1,800 visitors from across North America joined Mazak for DISCOVER 2025. The event included the broadest machine tool display in the United States and delivered Mazak’s latest innovations to every attendee.
Mazak demonstrated technologies to suit machine shops of all sizes and workflows of all types. On top of having over 30 Mazak machine tools on display with live, real-world cutting demonstrations, Mazak also hosted keynote speakers and panel discussions with insights and advice from industry experts.
