The Mazak Integrex i-250H ST multi-tasking machine takes optimised machining and easy automation to new heights.
The Mazak Integrex i-250H ST delivers the highest level of single-setup part-production versatility of a high-powered turning center and full-function machining center combined.
This machine configuration features a second turning spindle (S) for DONE IN ONE machining and a lower parallel-style turret (T) with optional rotary tool capabilities, minimizing fixtures, tools, handling and non-cut time.
The machine sports a compact footprint and is designed for various automation options such as an overhead gantry loader, a parts unloader and parts catcher, a bar feeder, automatic chuck jaw changers for either the main or second spindles, or a pedestal-type standalone robot.
The Mazak Integrex i-250H ST features the Mazatrol SmoothAi control, which includes enhancements on the Mazatrol side and added flexibility on the EIA/ISO side, along with an optional second screen.
With the control’s Solid Mazatrol function, you can now work from solid models to generate programmes for specific part features. To further optimise machining operations, the control provides cutting-condition monitoring through its SmoothAi Spindle function and thermal stability with its Ai Thermal Shield function. The Mazatrol SmoothAi CNC also has specific functions for advanced robot automation and unmanned operations.

Mazak drives results with innovation at DISCOVER 2025
More than 1,800 visitors from across North America joined Mazak for DISCOVER 2025. The event included the broadest machine tool display in the United States and delivered Mazak’s latest innovations to every attendee.
Mazak demonstrated technologies to suit machine shops of all sizes and workflows of all types. On top of having over 30 Mazak machine tools on display with live, real-world cutting demonstrations, Mazak also hosted keynote speakers and panel discussions with insights and advice from industry experts.
From start to finish, DISCOVER 2025 made Mazak the place to be in October 2025.
