The Mazak Integrex i-250H S multi-tasking center delivers the highest level of single-setup part-production versatility of a high-powered turning center and full-function machining center combined.
This machine configuration features a second turning spindle (S) for DONE IN ONE machining, minimizing fixtures, tools, handling and non-cut time.
The Mazak Integrex i-H Series features Mazak’s MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC, the next generation of SMOOTH TECHNOLOGY. In addition to the conversational programming power of MAZATROL, the MAZATROL SmoothAi control leverages the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to power innovative tools like SMOOTH Ai Spindle, SMOOTH CAM Ai, MAZATROL TWINS and more.
The machine enclosure, tool magazine and auto jaw changer have all been designed to accommodate a comprehensive range of automation technologies, including gantry loaders, bar feeders and articulating robots.
We will have an Agile Flex robotic loading system tending the Mazak Integrex i-250H S at AMW 2023.
