Fanuc CR-15iA Collaborative Robot

Just the right payload and reach for a wide-range of handling applications

Capable of lifting 15 kg, the Fanuc CR-15iA is a powerful collaborative robot that nicely fills the gap between the smaller Fanuc CR-4iA and fanuc CR-7iA siblings and the big brother the Fanuc CR-35iA. Just like the rest of the family, the Fanuc CR-15iA relies on proven Fanuc technology and a highly-sensitive sensor built into its base. As a result, the Fanuc CR-15iA is not only extremely reliable but also an incredibly safe high-performer that can work with or alongside humans on a range of industrial applications such as handling, machine tending, inspection and logistics.

Fanuc CR-15iA Collaborative Robot

Easy to teach

Teaching the Fanuc CR-15iA is just like teaching any other Fanuc robot and can be done easily using the Fanuc Teach Pendant or offline device. Using the optional Fanuc Hand Guidance, you can even program the Fanuc CR-15iA by leading the collaborative robot through the motion points or trajectory necessary to complete the task and recording the path.

Helping humans stay healthy

With the Fanuc CR-15iA on the team, humans no longer need to complete physically demanding tasks and are free to focus on more complex- activities. As a result, they stay healthy for longer and issues such as repetitive strain and other work-related injuries become things of the past.

The collaborative robot can recognise objects

Depending on your needs, the Fanuc CR-15iA can be equipped with a Fanuc Vision Sensor or a Fanuc 3D Area Sensor, which enables the collaborative robot to locate or envision workpieces.

The collaborative robot uses reliable sensor technology

Unlike other collaborative robots that use multiple external sensors, the Fanuc CR-15iA keeps humans safe using a single Fanuc Force Sensor built into its base. This makes the collaborative robot incredibly robust and reliable – something the robot's human colleagues really appreciate on jobs where downtime just isn’t an option.
