About mineral casting

Mineral casting is a high-performance composite material made by bonding minerals with epoxy resin, which has high vibration damping properties and thermal stability, contributing to the high efficiency and high precision of machine tool. In addition, since high-temperature melting is not required, energy consumption during manufacturing is reduced by more than 50% compared to normal casting. By reducing CO2 emissions, it can contribute in reducing environmental impact.

 

High output and high torque spindle to achieve high productivity
The standard spindle is equipped with a 12000 min -1 , 11 kW (40% ED / cont. rating) spindle, which enables cutting of a wide range of materials from aluminum to ferrous metals. It has a high torque of 18.5 kW, 119.4 N m (10% ED) for powerful cutting.

Large machining area and table size

The table of VCN-460 HDCC has a large Y-axis stroke to ensure a large machining area. Large fixtures and workpieces can be mounted.
