The Fanuc CR-14iA/L is a special collaborative robot that merges the features from its big brother the Fanuc CR-15iA and its smaller brother the Fanuc CR-7iA. The collaborative robot was developed to work safely and efficiently. Thanks to the combination of its reach, payload, and size, the Fanuc CR-15iA can be used in many fields of applications like loading and unloading machines and other factory automation tasks. The collaborative robot can support you where the space is too tight to use one of its big brothers, but heavy payload and a large reach is however needed. The Fanuc CR-14iA/L collaborative robot's features and benefits can be used straightforward due to easy programming and thanks to hand guidance for teaching and handling. Despite the green exterior, the collaborative robot operates like any industrial Fanuc robot and it is able to reliably repeat the same movement multiple times with a repeatability of ± 0.01 mm.

Easy to program

Thanks to the Fanuc CR-14iA/L's optional hand guidance for teaching and handling it's really easy to teach the collaborative robot. It can be programmed by simply leading the robot through motion points of the future task. New iHMI guides provide step by step guidance for setting up and creating programs, along with other wizards/tutorials.

Easy to teach

The smallest of the collaborative robots - ideal for confined spaces

The Fanuc CR-4iA Collaborative Robot is the smallest of the Fanuc collaborative robot range, with a maximum payload of 4kg. Similar to its fellow collaborative robots, the Fanuc CR-4iA handles lightweight tasks that are tedious, highly manual. The compact nature enables the Fanuc CR-4iA to perform smaller jobs in areas with limited space requirements. It is possible for the robot to be wall- or invert-mounted, offering me a wider range of motion without interfering with the operator’s workspace.

Since the Fanuc CR-4iA can take over these dull jobs, your hands are free to focus on more intelligent work or even more pressing matters. You can also work together side-by-side on tasks that are more complex, and require more interactive approaches (e.g. robot hands the part and the operator handles the quality checking). In addition to teh Fanuc CR-4iA robot's compact, slim design, it is able to operate closely with humans without fencing due to a safety stop feature. This special ability increases the space availability, resulting in considerable cost savings.

Safe side-by-side interaction

Due to the Fanuc CR-4iA robot's collaborative nature, it can work in cooperation or alongside humans in a shared work environment - without the need for safety fences or sensors. While sharing the work space, the robot might collide with another, in which case the Fanuc CR-4iA robot's in-built smart sensor automatically puts it to a halt. To resume work, a simple push will reactivate the robot's movement. Should you at any time need your space, slightly push the robot away, and I will remain there.
