Like any company that has been in business for a long period of time, we have collected a quantity of parts that are slow moving to the point where the demand is close to zero. Many are for agencies which we no longer support so customers are now buying these parts from the new agent. Parts that suit Renishaw, Fanuc, Huron, Jones and Shipman, Rank Taylor Hobson and Pear are among the parts we still have in a good serviceable condition and are willing to sell at a negotiable price. As Mazak's exclusive distributor in Australia from before the first Mazak CNC machine hit our shores, we have a wide range of CNC parts to suit literally every model of Mazak machine with a Mitsubishi controller. As well as having all of the CNC boards and power supplies, we have key sheets CRT screens and key panel overlays. Most of these items we can supply ex stock. We also an exchange service for many of these parts. We also have service engineers with good knowledge of the "old" controllers so software compatibility and even hardware supersession issues are not a problem. Many of the early Mazak CNC machines were fitted with the Metrol brand Tool eye sensor. We are able to supply these at a very competitive price using our volume discount. Limit switch, proximity switches
John Hart can supply a variety of cooling fans of the type you will find on your Mazak servo units or spindle motors. These fans are a wearing item and should be checked for sound operation at your next preventative maintenance service. We stock a good variety of these fans in support of the many customers who ask John Hart to service their machines regularly. Don’t ignore the importance of the function of cooling fans. Failed fans can often be the source of much more expensive electronic failures.

John Hart can source your original Mazak coolant pump should it be the case that we do not have your original pump in stock. John Hart has a good stock of coolant pumps to suit a wide range of Mazak machines and where it is not possible to supply the original pump, an equivalent output pump will be supplied as long as the voltage is compatible and the space allocated to the pump will accommodate the new pump which may be bigger or wider. John Hart can also source a variety of coolant pumps from Mazak or third party suppliers if delivery and or price are more attractive to do it this way. When ordering coolant pumps, simply provide the maker, pump model, voltage, watts and pump output capacity and this will allow us to source an equivalent.

We take the opportunity to change components that we know have a finite life even if they are not the direct subject of repair. Our repair facility has been in operation for well over 10 years and with Mitsubishis continued support we hope it will be providing an important service to our customers for another 10 years. John Hart as exclusive distributor for Fanuc Robots in Australia have direct access to the Fanuc world wide parts distribution system. While we do keep particularly electrical and consumable type parts in stock for newer robots, we also keep key items for robots up to 10 years of age. If it is a Fanuc part, we can get it.
