In addition to simplified programming, the MAZATROL provides easy set-up, fast completion of the first part and convenient machine maintenance. All steps, from programming to 2D tool path checking can be done in the background during automatic operation. In fact, programming time is 75% faster when compared to machines equipped with EIA/ISO systems.
	EIA/ISO Program Comparability The MAZATROL SMART G-codes are the same as used by conventional EIA CNC system machines. This allows programs made for other manufacturers’ machines to be used after editing M-codes and T-codes and confirming axis-strokes and cutting conditions. SMART Functions for Streamlined Data Entry The standard equipment SMART menu keys can be used to minimize the number of displays in order to reduce the time required for programming. Versatile Position Screen The bottom of the position screen can be easily changed from monitoring current operation conditions to set up data or tool offset data. The entire screen is not changed to go from one display to another. Time Study Analysis The time study analysis is displayed on the tool path check display after it is completed. MAZATROL and EIA programs can be easily checked in order to reduce the machining cycle time. Work Number Input The Work No. is input up to maximum of 16 alphanumeric characters to provide convenient program management.
