Mazak Multiplex 8200

High production CNC turning centre featuring two horizontally opposed spindles and two tool turrets. After completion of the first machining process, the workpiece is automatically transferred to the other chuck and the second process starts automatically. Both spindles can be synchronized and simultaneously clamp a long shaft workpiece for high accuracy machining. The 4000 series only performs turning operations while the 6000 series can turn, mill, drill and tap plus perform Y-axis machining.
