-μ series provides the same accuracy as a Jig-border in addition to high-speed operation
-A variety of counter measures for thermal distortion ensures stable accuracy over long periods of time.
-The series provides 4 times better positioning accuracy and positioning repeatability (X, Y, Z axis bi-directional) according to the ISO 10791-4 inspection standard for machining centres and ISO 230-2 inspection method.
