M-10iA

The M-10iA is Fanuc's latest-generation, six-axis, high performance industrial robot. This small but mighty versatile robot only weighs 130kg but provides 10kg payload with the highest wrist moments and inertia in its class.

Dress out and routing of cables and airlines have been greatly simplified with a 50mm hollow wrist and upper arm, helping to reduce system cost and improving reliability. The M-10iA can be floor or wall mounted at any angle, or ceiling mounted. J3 can also flip over allowing the robot to work behind itself creating a very large work envelope.

Along with Fanuc's integrated vision package iRvision, built in to the controller, the M-10iA comes vision ready with a 2D vision cable integrated through the robot arm as a standard option.

The M-10iA has the highest axis speeds and best repeatability in its class, making for an extremely fast and flexible robot. The M-10iA is setting the industry standard for small robots and is the perfect solution for your application.

The M-6iB/6C is the latest generation FANUC cleanroom robot. The cleanroom line has been offered since 1984.
The M-6iB/6C is a six-axis, modular construction, AC electric servo-driven robot. It is optimized for operation in sensitive, contamination-controlled environments and occupy minimal floor space.
Designed for superior performance in manufacturing and lab applications, the robot provides high throughput, industry-leading reliability, and sophisticated motion control for gentle part handling. R-30iA

FANUC Robotics' System R-30iA Controller uses advanced technology packaged in a proven, reliable and efficient design. Process capability and open architecture features provide intelligence to improve application and motion performance while simplifying system integration.
The R-30iA Controller incorporates FANUC Robotics' unique "plug-in options" concept, which allows flexibility for application specific configurations while maintaining a commonality for all users of the system.

The controller can manage up to 40 axes that are using FANUC motors (divided in up to 8 groups; one group can control up to 9 axes), such as:

- 4 robot arms +
- 4 auxiliary axes groups
(arc welding positioners, robot rails, servo hands, grippers... )

The R-30iA controller offers enhanced vibration control, this greatly reduces the robot's acceleration and deceleration times leading to reduced cycle times.

The controller provides an integrated 2D vision system to speed-up the installation of vision applications, this can be easily upgraded to provide a 3D Vision system.
